Egg sandwich is what i always made for my sis when she watched tv or surfed the net...This is also our 2am sandwich which gave us all the energy for our never ending movie nights ! I will show you 2 ways on how i make it,try both ! its really good !

| egg sandwich 1~with mayo |

| egg sandwich 2 ~with tomatoes |
 |
| you need cheese boiled egg tomatoes pepper mayo |
 |
| white bread |
 |
| green chutney |
 |
| for sandwich 1,smash the boiled egg with a fork add 1 pinch salt and pepper |
 |
| add mayo and mix |
 |
| spread green chutney on 2 slices of bread and spread the egg mixture on 1 slice add cheese on top(optional) |
 |
| for egg sandwich 2 slice the boiled egg |
 |
| on a bread slice spread green chutney,lay the egg slices and top with cheese |
 |
| few slices of tomatoes go on top |
 |
| add butter to a pan and toast on both sides |
 |
| Serve hot... |
